I’m going to post pictures first and then my commentary! Enjoy the pics, so sorry it has taken me this long to post them!

Christmas Eve was spent in our house eating good food and spending time with family. We let Sophie stay up late and enjoy the company as well as some of the gifts that she got to open. By 10pm she was so tired and went right to bed. She loved all the gifts she got to open…which was most of it. She got a life-size Dora from Ate Nimfa…her nanny. She got so excited while opening it! I’ll post a video! She also got the Anywhere Chair from her ninang…my sister. She loves her little chair! Nat and I got her the Rose Petal cottage and a bunch of things that went with it. I thought she was still a little young for it but nope….she loves her little house!!!
Christmas day was spent visiting family and opening more gifts. Thanks Ate Zerly for the great food! Christmas night was spent in the city celebrating Tito Rey’s 70th birthday. I think everyone had a great time…especially Sophie since she danced the night away!!!

Our Christmas tree…it looked much better with the presents around it!

We spent Thanksgiving in MA with Nat’s family. Once again, the food….especially the turkey was excellent. Sophie enjoyed playing with her cousin Lydia and her papa. We spent the night in Waltham since the next day Nat attended his high school reunion. On Saturday we headed to Nat’s grandparents’ house in NH. Sophie loved playing with her great papa and her auntie Tyler and uncle Charlie!

Here are some pictures from my mom’s birthday. Her real birthday is on Halloween but since it was a Friday this year we celebrated it on Nov. 1. I think all the kids….and adults had a great time! All the kids were in costume and they all looked soooo cute. Sophie was Cinderella or “princess” as she calls all the Disney girl characters!

Ate Nimfa, Mabel, Jeremy, Ate Gem, and Rose….and the best cupcakes in NJ!

Ryan, Issa, Ina, Ina’s friend (I totally forgot her name!), and Sophie.

The little princess with icing on her face!

Batman (Joe) and Robin (Matt).

Abby the bumblebee!

All the kiddies in costume…do you know how hard it was to take this picture!?

We decided to take Sophie pumpkin picking today and she had a great time. We went to DePiero’s Country Farm in Montvale, NJ (www.depieros.com). This place is huge. They have lots of activities for the kiddies…corn maze, face painting, hayride. The hayride (which Sophie loved!) takes you the pumpkin patch where you can pick your own pumpkins. Enjoy the pictures!

Tons of PUMPKINS!
